I have 9 years of experience and working in EY GDS with a fixed salary of 35lpa. I have received an offer from EY UK and they have offered 65k pounds. I know it’s less but please let me know if that’s okay given the fact that my wife has an offer of 50k pounds.

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? We are a firm of 5 transactional attorneys and the bonus structure is very unclear. The usual “based on personal performance and firm profitability” language. I wonder how this is calculated in general. What is the percentage bracket of the bonus? Assume it is a high performance 9+ year attorney and the firm is profitable (even with COVID).
