I'm trying to switch from my current company but not getting interview calls. I got laid off at my current company, without any offer in hand. Could you please provide your thoughts on how to get more calls and get selected in other companys as competition seems to be very high right now.

Any other first years out there worry that this virtual environment just won’t be able to teach them?
