I’ve recently switched jobs—the compensation is great, but the role doesn’t align with my core interest in FP&A. I’m realizing that I want to get back to my strengths in financial planning & analysis. The only hitch is that I’ve already moved 2 times in the last 4 years, so I’m being cautious about how to proceed. Would love to hear your thoughts or suggestions on the best way forward.
