I've resigned on 31st oct and my notice period is 3 months (negotiable) and the doj on the offer letter is 23rd December. I told the Hr of the new co that 23rd dec is not possible she agreed on this and gave 6th jan as doj but in the offer letter it is still 23rd December.
i) How do i negotiate with my current company? I had a meeting with my manager and he said i have to serve 3 months notice period.
ii) Also should i ask the HR to send me offer letter with revised doj?

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.

Hi guys, I got an offer from x and i discussed that with my current. At 1st current said they can only give 30% increment. I said I can't stay with this cause i got 70% and expect at least 50%(as the 70% included VP and the current org don't have vp, they have bonus). Then they said they can do max 45%. I really wanted to stay here so I said okay to current. Then now hr called me and said they are matching the offer(no vp). What should I make out of it? What made them change their mind?
