CCTC 10LPA

holding offers from:

Deloitte India 16 LPA (fixed) + upto 10% variable

Fractal , ~20 LPA,

HCL Technologies 18 LPA

Optum expecting around 20 LPA

I can negotiate with Deloitte and HCL if needed to match the 20.

Which one would be the best among these? I know WLB is completely team dependent with most of these, so from a growth and other company policy point of view which would be the best?
