My priority is that big 4 . But again I am looking for job security and onsite opportunity and relevent work.
If big 4 satisfy the criteria ,should I go for big 4? If not, whom to choose?

Hi everyone, I am working at infosys as Java Backend Dev with 3.9 LPA and 2.2 YOE. I have bagged an offer of 11 LPA from Amdocs. Should I keep on looking for better opportunities? Tbh I am satisfied with what I have right now but just cannot decide if I should stop or just keep grinding for more. I have one month of notice period left.

Currently, I'm in a product based company since 2yrs and got only 15% hike till now(they said covid crisis).
I'm confused because i really have good recognition here.
Anyway, i need hike for personal reasons.

Is it good to switch from product based company to service based company if I'm offered with good hike? How much can i demand?
