I have been working as BI developer (SQL+ BI Tools) for 4 years and 7 months and recently moved to a tech organization. I plan to do MBA in 2-3 years ISB/IIM(1YR)/M7/T16/etc.
Is this a good move. I am not doing MBA for money but for profile change (strategy or PM),at that time i will have 7-8 YOE.

I had joined Harman on 3rd Oct at 27lpa(25.11 fixed + 1.88 var). I was tagged to MBRDI(Mercedes) proj & I gave 3 interviews for same. But now I'm told that I'm being dropped from the Mercedes account as there was a skill set mismatch. I was hired as scrum master but the expectations from client are either should've have dev exp or springboot microservices knowledge. Not sure how do I go about this situation. I'd dropped some higher ctc offers for joining Mercedes Benz at Harman. Kindly advise.

I work as a software engineer. But my work doesnt involve all coding all the time, i do client meetings listen their issues, discuss with them directly if any issue. It’s not a pure service based company , its like hybrid where we give them the product modify it according to their needs and same product we give to multiple companies(banks). So i want to switch to similar environment not like pure dev based where u live in sprints. So which type of company should i switch into, 1.5YOE.
