Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview.Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.
I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Totally agree, these PCEOs or so called project Contact has very weird behaviour while discussing Project opportunities through TAP.
Exactly and that first call creates a bad impression of entire project because of them.
I have faced this same issue multiple times...
Initially , i thought it’s a one particular person who doesn’t know how to communicate with Colleagues (forget about considering senior techies). But, then found most of them thinks like they are the boss, without knowing that they are just project co-ordinators and should make communication effective and help in project co-ordination and not to act like boss!
Even bosses don't act like these folks do.

Im a pceo myself and yes i did see this behaviour with many pceos. They think they are the bossess. But not!! Even the poeple who these pceos report to. Like delivery managers : they are even more shittier. No culture. No respect towards team or people report to them. Client culture is far better. Nagarro management culture is the worst.

Bhai yha nagarro ke fixed cost project me fas gye naa to lg jayega kuch ch… to dikha e ke liye raat ke 3 bje mail msg krte hai aur inko lgta hai ki ye bahut kaam kr rhe hai. Client ko to Bhagwan Maan lete hai jo bolta hai Haan kr ke aa jate hai. Yha fir chahte hai unki haami ko koi aur kre.
