Did anybody buy a laptop from home computer reimbursement...how did the refund from the company ..was it all at once or monthly for 3 years

I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . I don’t wanna undersell but also trying to avoid being aggressive but quote a decent number which will be achievable. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Is 125k $ base a fair value for or I can pitch higher? They have a 15 to 20 % bonus on top of base pay and a 10% match on 401k which the recruiter keep highlighting.

Ok, I haven’t done an HSA previously, but considering it for my family during this next open enrollment. What do I need to know about high deductible plans? Question on compensation for a small co with a huge independent contractor workforce that is looking at big expansion into Europe. Reports to the general counsel. 1 other lawyer. Bonus 10-18%. Last year was 15%. No 401k for highly comped employees. They moved from 205 to 210 but that 230 is not possible even tho posted salary range was up to 233k
