What is the general process of applying for jobs in countries like the US, UK, Australia etc.? Do they provide visa if you are skilled enough? Yoe 4.5, Tech Stack Data Engineer. Was wondering if onsite is the only option for migrating abroad or if there is a more direct approach.

I have got my L2 Dependent Visa stamped for the US through the Wife's organization and she has booked the tickets for the both of us in the next weekend. I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. Can I travel to the US just like that and then continue my search within TCS from there or do I need any approvals to even fly in the first place?

I am worried because of the time crunch and will be glad to hear some points on this.
