Working as ML Engineer,
Total Experience - 8 years,
Relevant Experience - (Data Science) 4 years,
Notice Period - 90 Days

Observing saturation in current organization,
Planning for switch but the issue is 90 days notice period, most of the calls that I am receiving are for immediate / 1 month joiners.

What should I do ??

Should I apply the resignation and continue my search serving the notice period ...

Or should I wait for an offer in hand then apply the resignation..
