Roles and responsibilities: Lead SDET of 3 people, handling QA efforts for 3 different teams, created automation framework from the scratch, implemented chat notification thru GitHub actions for deployments in multiple environments,responsible for delivery of 12-18 Features for every quarter & list goes on

Location: Chennai
Pay: 25 LPA fixed

What is the best way to prepare for public sector cases? Is there a specific casebook or cases I could refer to? I am currently doing case prep for recruiting in the ME. Is it correct to assume most case interviews are focused on public sector or energy?

I am an Senior iOS developer. YOE is 8.5. Currently getting 13 LPA. Getting promotion in a month with 25 to 30 percent hike which comes nearly 16.8 LPA. I cannot able to relocate now due to family dependency reasons. I heard iOS developer salary market is good. I am having a very good work life balance in the current company. I am in a confusion. Should I look for opportunities with PWFM or stay in current company? Am I making low pay as per market trends?
