What does it mean if there’s a NEP at the firm who’s been there for a long time (20+ years), but never got promoted to EP? Never held leadership roles too. Does it usually mean EPs does not like the NEP enough to get promoted?

The NEP has a book of business, though no idea how much it brings in.

How realistic is it to land an AD position as a fresh grad (with a doctorates) and a handful of pharma & FDA interships? I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Hello, I was wondering about which companies usually hire for entry level ServiceNow role?

I’m currently doing large scale Oracle ERP implementation and I am having difficulty finding companies that hire entry level roles. I switch fields recently so I only have around 9 months of experience and I find that most ServiceNow position requires 2+year in ServiceNow :/

I was interviewed for a perticular customer, which went well and also received an offer. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. However parent company still hired me and now they're in process of allocating me in some other clients. Sometimes i feel insecure about this situation. How to cope up with such cases?

I recently took up a Customer Success Manger role at a engineering software company. Previously I was a Project Manager at the same company but wanted to move out of my engineering services role.
