Don't go for job security at this less experience. Work for the org which is providing maximum CTC and try to switch again after two years. These are your days to earn and learn. No organisation hires for firing. You are safe as long as you are a performing asset. So have confidence on yourself that you will sail through and work on your own terms. Keep learning. Cheers !!

Does anyone know how long it takes to get an communication for document upload for verification after getting an email for shortlisting and for keeping the list of documents ready from c2c@cognizant.com.
It was an off campus drive for freshers where my brother had applied and cleared all the rounds and it's been more than 2 weeks now since he received that email for keeping the docs ready for verification.

I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?

As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I gave one interview for a project and was selected. They assigned me allocation but haven't reached out to me after that.
