I want to work abroad in countries like USA, Canada, Europe , Dubai or Australia etc

How to get visa sponsored jobs or any way to apply to such opportunities

I want to make good amount of money at this stage of my career

Currently i work in product based company but onsite opportunities are low to nill

Can somebody help me out here like what are my options or how to approach such jobs
