Offer in hand:- ibm(15lpa fixed) and product

startup (20.5 fixed)

Now having a salary discussion with PWC HR. They are asking for an offer letter. Should I share an ibm offer now and a product based offer near LWD? Or first product based one. Can they match the highest offer? If not how can we handle that? Which number I can ask for?

Can anyone explain the difference between PWC SDC, PWC AC and PWC India?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

I heard more about pwc and the work culture is nice as a new grads....

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.

Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance.
