I am currently working as Digital Cloud Specialist in Sonata Software Limited. I am currently on bench and I got an offer from Cognizant as an Associate on 13th January 2026 and they have given my date of joining as 13th febraury 2026. I have asked my manager that since i am in bench i am actively interviewing and two offers are in process if I got offer will I get released early as they are asking me to join early and he said ok. My bgv is in process can I resign confidently suggst

Currently working on a three person team in a larger GC group. I lateraled from a different group that did not pay attorneys on an attorney scale. I’m stuck in my old pay scale but have gotten promotions and raises quickly with more on the horizon. A recruiter reached out with a new role for 2-2.5x more than I currently make doing something similar. I love my company and the people I work with but the money isn’t there. Is it worth trying to get a counter to stay if I get the bigger offer?

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I know I can essentially get any sales job I want in finance IE: financial advisor etc. but don’t want to be stuck in sales forever. Any advice?
