If I go to a non-HSW M7, what are my chances of getting a post-MBA offer from MBB? Just looking for offers/applicants numbers (ballpark is okay).

Thinking about getting a MBA, partly for personal enrichment but also for professional reasons. I know schools all have different “cognates” but do people have recommendations that pair well with corporate/securities/financial legal practice fields?

Studied accounting and finance but worried about the future of this profession. Currently working in Forensic Consulting but want to leave. Should I go back to undergrad and get a computer science degree? I honestly want a career where I could at least potentially make 600 k per year. I feel in accounting it’s near impossible. Additionally, I’m sick of people looking down on me. My gf is getting a PhD in a social science and gets way more respect then me. I am 25 also. HELP

For those working in house, how much “from scratch” document drafting are you doing vs. reviewing and revising “outside documents”. For example, if your company wants to enter into a joint venture company with another entity, are you drafting the company agreement “from scratch” or is it based on internal forms? It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring? Also, the pressure on billable hours when all that really matters is how much our fixed labor costs vs. how much we can bill (which is usually fixed fee or at least a range) and the fixed labor costs of offshoring is significantly cheaper so the hours don’t matter. Am I mistaken by this viewpoint?

The number of the alumni and current students that go to top consulting firms FT& summer intern are countless even for a small class size.
Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)

Would you suggest someone pursuing an MBA if they want to get a role in HR or Project Management? And for those that want to pursue product management... are there still a decent amount of numbers similar to accounting? Thanks

I got a 47Q but a 600 on my last GMAT but just got a 700 and a 44Q on the GMAT I took yesterday. I don't really want to retake. When I send my scores will schools take into account my 47Q score or only my 44Q score?
