I hv cleared interview fr PO role in GlobalLogic & currently negotiating. I ws laid off last Aug 2025, since thn I ws looking fr new job. My last drawn CTC ws 34.5Lakh fixed+3.2Lakh Var, Exp 10+ Yr & currently they r taking advantage of my situation & offering me 33 lakh fixed witout any var or joining bonus, I am trying to tell them atleast match my fixed part bt they r not agreeing. Need ur suggestion. Shd I negotiate & stick wit 34 fixed o go wit wht they r offering?

I’m maxing out the 6th year for H1b and my I-140 just got approved. 1 month ago, my employer has filed a h1b extension but it is based on the approved PERM instead of the 140, and only asked for one-year extension. In that case, after 6 months (180 days i140 rule to avoid employer’s revoke), will I be able to switch employers even though the renewed H1b gonna expire soon at that time?

However i am getting an onsite opportunity In Denmark, what should be my expected ctc there? Considering the country is much expensive. If anyone has done research regarding cost of living in Denmark earlier, please share your thoughts on this, it would be very helpful. They are willing to offer 60k euros, but I feel 36 lpa in india is better deal. Companies are equivalent.

Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.
