My company's notice period is 90 days , I'm a developer with 5 YOE and looking out for a switch.

1.Will having this long notice period hinder my chances of getting calls? 2.If yes , how should i manage this as I've got 2-3 calls who said my notice period is too long for them and can't proceed.?

I'm in a fix as I need to switch soon but facing this issue.Please help!
