I am struggling with the fact that I have 13 years of HR experience in one capacity or another, along with a bachelors degree and my PHR designation yet companies say “I’m not qualified or they ghost me when I apply for HR openings. I am experienced in all aspects of HR. How are people with little to no experience coming right out of college obtaining higher level roles than I have currently? It makes my passion for the field just go away.
So, I’m currently interviewing for new job, and market is not bad, but I’m anxious and I am interviewing for every opportunity that comes my way (director/vp level, tech). Today, September 30 I received an invite for an initial interview for another opportunity. So I applied to this opportunity through networking on August 10 (!). It looks like a red flag for me and I’m thinking thankyounext, but again it’s covid time... Thoughts?

I’m planning on working remote in a few different cities this summer and fall. A week or two or three here and there. Hi Everyone! Thought I’d share that my firm is hiring for audit seniors that have 2-3 busy seasons under their belt and looking for a jump to a smaller firm (35 people). We focus on benefit plan audits (only) and is a pretty unique firm. I left B4 after 2 years and came here 5 years ago and have been pretty happy with the switch. Definitely better work life balance and some unique benefits. It’s also still public accounting and auditing if you like the work. Happy to connect and talk more!

If I should be writing one, any advice how to format?
