So joining is tomorrow without formal offer letter.

Even though I submitted onboarding form and all docs for bgv, recruiter asked for a copy of docs to his mail. So I sent, because he said, it helps to initiate formal offer.

Do you think firms will ever re-adjust salaries for cost of living if wfh is prolonged due to people moving back to low cost areas?

I wish I could tell my lead how much i like him.

My background is commercial banking and I am used to analyzing real estate deals from the lender side not the developer. The interviewer is generous I must say he’s giving me a few days to complete. However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle? Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them. I could easily sue them for harrasment but i didn't wanted to get involved in useless sh** and waste my time and energy .. BEWARE OF HCL

I got offer from HCL for the position of Lead consultant with(23.49 fixed + 3.51 variable). I have 8 yrs of experience. I want to know if this position is same as Team/Tech Lead ? As in my current organization I am working as Team Lead. And also how is job security and work life balance in HCL?

I have cleared all the technical rounds in HCL and now HR mailed me that they will call for further process.

My LWD is 2nd sep , could anyone please let me know if HCL would be able to close the process by then .

What can I do to make this process faster
