Hi Folks, Got the HCL offer letter mentioning designation as E3- Technical Manager.

Is it same as specialist and what sub band is it E3.1 or E3.2 ?

Offer letter/breakup does not have that information.

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business.
