I've been offered a position as a Consultant (M1 grade) at Deloitte London.
The package is 43k, which I find very little considering my 3YOE in consulting.
What do you suggest?

I'm in a non technical role and trying to switch to testing profile. I have knowledge in Java, selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Postman. I've been trying to switch but companies are considering me as fresher and providing package less than my CCTC(4lpa,4 yoe). I got selected in one company but they're not sending OL. Debating whether to go to T-10 school (with some $$) or take a Product Management role that I applied for at current company (work in FinTech). Short term goal is to work in PM but longer term is not as certain and don’t wait to miss out on the network/learning benefits from an MBA if I ultimately decide that the PM role is not suited for me. Thoughts? I feel that long term an MBA makes sense for me, especially if I may want to pivot industries again, but short term I could do PM now.

I think it's fantastic this bowl has been made, it can be very hard to get away from US- centric consulting info. Whenever I search for consulting salary benchmarks I consistently find US consulting salaries which I believe isn't at all comparable to UK salary figures for the same role. Anyone else find the same?
