I am working in Infosys at 8.5 lpa and holding an offer from JMI ( Jean Martin Incorporation) for Investment banking analyst role at 10 lpa (negotiable). Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work.
