Hi Fishes can anyone tell how much hike RSM US LLP gives for junior level developers? 1 to 2 years of experience. Did they provide any shift allowances?

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

I am getting 16.5 Lpa from Infosys including 2.5 variable. So how much I will take from home.

I received offer letter from Accenture mentioned joining date is 1st-Oct-22 as I had told them that my notice period is of 3 month,Later I got to know that it is 1 month as i am still in probation. So I asked them to give early joining.

HR told me to put resign and let him know my LWD and as per that he will send revised offer letter.
My last working day is 20 July. Still I haven't received revised offer letter.


Can anyone pls suggest what should I do?
