I am a part of enterprise solution internal finance team and working as a senior analyst. Got an opportunity in tax team, as a tax senior. I am being said that there is no change in the position and no hike being given to me for joining.

But is there no market standard hike i should be expecting while joining the tax team?

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.

And what about relocation bonus.

Anyone left Deloitte within one year and had to pay the Joining Bonus just because the date of resignation falls in that 1 Year period.
