I got selected in IBM but still offer is not released. They have asked for biometric verification but don't know how to give my biometrics. I have mailed them that I am available for that verification but no reply after that. It seems for releasing the offer in IBM has multiple steps. If anyone knows what are the process involved in releasing the offer letter.kindly help me by sharing your knowledge.

What's the difference between band 7a and 7b?

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?
