Joined TCS 10 month back as C3A. Now getting offer from Fidelity International. Getting only 15 20% hike but considering long term, I am thinking to take it. Internal hike s are very low in TCS and package almost remains the same in long term. Is Fidelity worth it to take for long term, Job security and WLB. Any suggestions. I am open to fullstack role but my interests is more towards backend.
But I am concerned that I would be put into frontend only and a I would not be given backend work or else it could be 20-80(B&F).
