Hi folks, I have received a call from Kenvue regarding a job opportunity and told me once the manager shortlists my profile he will let me know. But it's been 3 weeks and after the call the HR doesn't answering my calls. Is it the common nature by Kenvue HRs? Atleast they could have let me know whether I'm shortlisted or not. Very frustrating behaviour from "Human Resources" people.

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working on real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently base $80k with only 20% bonus. I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.
