I have received an offer letter from Capgemini, I was supposed to join on 15th April and requested to extend till 20th of April hence they have entered a revised date on my offer letter and shared the updated one.

If I get an offer in another company and inform them before 18th of April, will that create a problem?

How do I approach Capgemini saying I'm not proceeding with their offer?
