I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

What should one expect from the Hiring manager interview round at Accenture (ACN)? Could you please give me some insight.

I am in the final steps of the interview process for an in-house position. I mentioned to the recruiter that I had unvested equity I would be leaving on the table. She said the company would take this into account and make me whole. She later asked for proof of the equity in the form of my account statement and balance, which I provided. I have not yet received an offer. Is it typical for companies to ask for this documentation if they don't intend to make the candidate an offer?

I am Senior Project Manger and Product Owner in the government arena. I had 10 years experience in product ownership, software engineer management and agile, business and strategic consulting prior to jumping over to the public sector. Current pay is 170s. I am looking at moving back over to the private sector. Is it reasonable to expect that level of pay for a project/program manager role?

Does getting snapshot at partially next level in 4 perimeter and next level in 1 perimeter will be enough to get promotion? I have received similar kind of 5 snapshot. ( some cases next grade in 2 perimeter)

I recently transitioned from a small, boutique agency to a global agency — meaning I went from being on an account team of 2, to being on a team of 10+. I’m also not currently managing anyone (and I miss it!). I entered this new role promising myself to set new boundaries since I’m used to measuring my success by my stress level. Check me here: other side attorney has already reached out to me directly via email saying that an LOI is coming… Then, she sends the LOI addressed to my client, and CC:s me only. It should have been addressed & emailed to me, and copy the business folks, when an attorney knows the other side is represented by an attorney. Am I overreacting for being annoyed?
