I received an offer from PwC-AC-Kolkata with an effective joining date 16 Feb. I'm yet to receive the Induction email, and got an update from the Onboarding team that my BGV is still showing pending. I have already submitted the necessary docs ahead of time, and I was last contacted almost 4 weeks ago by the BGV team. Has anyone faced similar issue with PwC?

I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

Now when I check the tasks against the job on workday, I can see no tasks pending and under completed tasks: a green tick against 'review and sign offer letter (step complete)' (and I can see the offer)
I am told that I would receive onboarding emails from HR, but I haven't yet.
My DoJ is in the fourth week of July. When do we generally expect these communications?
