I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies

Due to high attrition late back filling of the resigned employees the working hours have increased in the recent times. Previously there were good wlb before 1.5 years. Working culture is good though.

Work culture wise it is good, and as far I understand if your reporting manager is good then life will be easier to navigate.
Recently CS revenue is declining and not profitable this will impact your bonus (which is already very less in comparison to the market standards) and annual appraisal.
Is your view same for Group Finance Department? If joined then can't expect about year on year hikes & bonus.
I am a part of GF only. Yoy increment is less in the previous years. Considering the decrease in the revenue and CS being in the limelight for the wrong reasons I foresee the next years will be a bit challenging for annual appraisal. Bonus in CS is always below par. Though in terms of work you’ll learn good stuffs if you get a good team.
Do you have any idea about Legal Entity Accounting - Derivatives?
No idea, I am a part of Regulatory reporting team. In the accounting side I know there will be long working hours during closing… please check with your line manager before joining and understand the peak and lean period of the month
At the time of interview, interviewer told me about long sitting hours. Is there flexibility of timings? HR told me that u have to work in 12:30 to 9:30 which interviewer told. Beyond 9:30 pm till what it can extend working hours?
Working hrs are subjective during closing time depends on various factors…won’t be able to help you
Do you know anything about Eaton Co? Location is at Pune Kharadi? How is that in comparison with CS. I know both are from different industries but still. Do u have any reviews?
