I'm joining Ford GTBC as sg6 on october mid. How does the hike cycle work. Will I get any pro rated hike and variable pay on 2026 march or I'm not at all eligible.

Variable payout is pro-rated. Say the Variable component is X lpa in your CTC. You will X÷3 (per months - Oct to Dec) ..

Hike is purely on your LL6 manager and your performance. I joined in Oct, and gor 11% in Feb.. You r eligible for both. Do well !!
