What is the job grade for sr specialist in nokia
Hey Fishes, I have resigned from EPAM systems and got an offer from Nokia with an increase of around 25%, Now EPAM is trying to get me back as they and the Client thinks that I’m one of their valuable asset. EPAM is ready to Match the offer but still….. confusing mind for retention and all. Please help me with thoughts !EPAM Systems

There isn’t much difference, advantage with Nokia is they are cutting down jobs in North America and Europe bringing jobs gradually to India and the trend will continue this year and till end of next year. So long term job security wise Nokia is a good company to be at.
Also you have an option to work 100% remote here which is another cool thing!
@Nokia 5, sorry to strongly disagree with you.
I have seen a lot of breathing space in Nokia and much care to WLB.
You also get to choose and get Hybrid work options now.
90 days Paternity leave(exceptional).
And the quality of WLB also would depend on the type of project you are working with.
Can you share which domain you are working and any other issues you see?
Hahaha....i says Ericsson and nokia employees says nokia.... Well obviously... Talk to more persons and decide. ... It is good to see employees defend their own company
But when will the annual appraisal happen and communicated to us?
For 4 yoe....you can better choose Ericsson...it is only debatable if you are 11+ yoe

Nokia 8-10 Percent minimum.
A lot better than HCL but not as good as other product companies I can say. There is no fixed amount as such…
