It has been observed that the DI leadership team is not taking a stand against the client. They seem to agree to everything the client says without pushback, which is causing difficulties for us practitioners. During meetings, the leadership appears to focus on pleasing the client and often asks questions that are irrelevant to the actual work. This situation has led to frustration among some team members, and if it continues, it may become difficult to sustain. how to handle this ?

Is it wise decision to stay in cts if pkg matched. Not so sure. Have offer from other service based. What diff it will create comapred to cts all service based are same.

Pros and cons of taking a class year cut? Partner sees my potential and that there’s an actual evolution but I’m not there yet in terms of experience compared to my peers so he told me to at least consider a class year cut. I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter.
