I am Offered 29.5fixed by PwC for SA (L2). Currently on 25fixed. Should I join ? In terms of WLB.! My current employer on fishbowl shows Deloitte but have left Deloitte a year back. Currently in a firm with good WLB but PWFH is a big win for me that PwC is offering.

How to tell the manager about resignation ?
Joined on current company: November 2021
Current CTC: 7.26 LPA( 6 fixed and 1.26 variable pay) Offered CTC:13.2 LPA (fixed: 12 and 1.2 variable pay)
Total years of experience: 5.5 years

I got another offer by got call from applied long time before job.

I assume you already have an offer with you, in that case, tell them you can join early and ask them for joining bonus

Best idea which always works- Since its the company who is asking me to leave early, request you to pay the notice period shortfall to me. Its not my decision and i am prepared to work for entire notice period. trust me this works :D

First step would be to talk revert on the same communication that you have planned your resignation and movement to new company keeping the full term of serving the notice period into consideration and would be huge trouble for me to change the term. Hence would appreciate if I would be allowed to complete my full term.
Talk to HR and your manager - communication is the key.

It's just 2 weeks. Just leave and enjoy a vacation or be at home and take rest. It's really hard to come across 2 weeks as vacation normally. By the time you Join the new organisation your F&F from the previous company would get settled.
I know but i am not in position to take any vacation.
