I got the offer from VOIS as a Senior Manager, Band G, CTC - 38.64 LPA( fixed 33.48 LPA). I am a Cloud & DevOps Consultant. The process was quite quick and smooth. In total, I had 5 rounds: 3 technical, 1 culture fit + HR, and Salary discussion.

I will be working with the Egypt + UK Team, and the project tech stack is AI + GCP. This is for some data analytics team. BGV is also completed. What can I expect on Day 1, and how is the org in general? TIA.

- bnp - 26.5 lpa fixed ( chennai location) (technical lead)
But both the cases , I need to relocate.

- have service based companies offer in my current location (Wipro,mindtree, cognizant,)
- amdocs in process (current location)

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.

The hiring mgr took the time to email me to tell me I was overqualified and offered to help me get connected to his network. He’s been so kind and helpful and I’m kind of in shock at his generosity. Even if an offer doesn’t come from it, is it weird if I send him a Starbucks gift card or something as a thank you? What’s appropriate?
