Lots of people are saying they don't have bench policy so they fire if not assigned with any project. Also some have concern about its WLB.

I also have 3 in queue with the same 1-2 lpa differ amount.

3. Programmers

As of now all are saying PWFH but I have doubt on the policy of all of them. I will more prefer for WLB.

Does this ever happened with anyone that your interview went very good and then also you got rejection mail from hr and unable to understand what when wrong. I am currently a medical biller and coder that just graduated. I am currently in an entry level position because I am still studying to get certified. I will have a year's work of exp in July and will sign a contract for another year because my boss is training me in more I don't know.

- I didn't get selected in the H1B lottery.
- My company has agreed to send me to their London office for a year (haven't yet filed application).
- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).
