Cognizant, Anyone plz tell me how many days It will take to complete BGV, my joining date is 25 march but still boarding pass is not generated. selected for Pune location, 5 year experienced candidate.

And for pune location is sufficient projects are there for java developer ? ? and how is the client interview process, is it hard easy medium??

Any advice for understanding whether sourcing would be a good match for your personality/innate skill set?

Im pretty extroverted, I have been told in reviews that I peak in verbal communication, and I have really loved conducting expert interviews in DDs.

Done with final interview round of BCG for lateral placements and the HR has asked for a call for communicating final result. Generally they do this for communicating yes or no? Super anxious!

I am not finding a lot of stuff written for lawyers specifically , but there is a lot directed at “managers” in business generally that I imagine could be applicable.

However sometimes my hair dries so nice and my curls look hydrated and shiny and then other times it dries and it looks like legit moss, does anyone know why that is? I find it hard to keep it together at school. I was in an abusive relationship that finally lead me to emptiness and emotional trying times. I keep things bottled up about school and home.

Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
So far I have referred 3 people and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles. Please suggest me if I'm doing any wrong things at the time of the referral... And the job for which I am referring to anyone that is the latest only.Cognizant

I have completed all my pre-joining formalities & submitted all relevant documents. Once submitting the BGV got an auto mailer saying that it would take 14 days to complete the BGV. And the days are over now. Also, so far, I didn't receive any mails.

Do I need to wait or follow up with recruiter? Please advise?

I have got offer from CTS and doing pre-onboarding formalities. As part of BGV the are asking to fill HR Manager name and contact numbers. How we can fill that because my previous company is HCL where the HR people are keep changing & @they don't even respond to their employees. Also, we couldn't add their phone number as well.
