Just don't mind him. Let him flirt if he wants but strictly no touching. It's hard to jump into conclusion because as what you said, he seems to be a flirtatious person in general.
Agreed, and I personally have encountered this and stayed quiet. As long as it's not crossing blatant boundaries, whatever.
That's the most uncomfortable situation ever. I would remind him once that "this is a professional relationship" if he does or says something that you feel is directed toward you. If he isn't respectful of that, then bring a coworker in for the next meeting. He'll get the hint. You shouldn't feel unsafe or nervous having to work with the guy. It's not good for you & it's also not going to be good for him because you'll inevitably be distracted & on high alert.
Oh, yes I do. I have a client who keeps on sending messages outside of our case. I try to keep our relationship as professional as possible. Just respond to him whenever it's necessary and don't stress yourself about it. Not worth it.
Yes I have totally dealt with it many many times. I honestly just ignore it and change the subject. If it gets to a really uncomfortable situation you may need to say something but most the time if you ignore it they will stop lol.
