I've spent the last 20+years running a technology recruitment business working globally with VC backed start-ups and global multinationals. I'm keen to share my learnings in the hope that there is value to be had for young recruiters starting out in their careers. Here I share my views on the importance of the recruiter being able to take control when it comes to setting up the interview process.
