I am going through interview process in Nielseniq currently for Big data engineer role.
Total Yoe - 3.3 years
Current salary - 15 + 1 Lpa approx.
Joined Sapient only six months back.
Can someone provide your reviews so far about the company, mainly looking for learning, wlb can be compromised a bit.

My post is for a lot of folks here who complain about managers not budging to negotiations and not offering package ,what you are expecting.I have one thing to say,there are lot of ibm employees who moved to kyndryl. Inspite of lot of contributions they are earning meagre salary.Now do you expect these people to hire you for more package most of time the package you are demanding is more than what these managers draw. So pls do not look at kyndryl as any other startup.Thanks.

Don't Backout or Abscond from Kyndryl,
Anyway your in hand salary will not be having much difference as Kyndryl is having all fixed components. Also it's good to Join TCS in later part of your career.
In case you have decided to move. Talk to your manager and inform him that you can not relocate to Bangalore, If he agrees it's well and good. Or resign, serve one month notice and Join TCS , TCS allows you to join within 120 days so that would be not an issue.
Remember if you will abscond from Kyndryl you will not able to rejoin IBM or Kyndryl in future.
See kyndryl's 8 will give you more in hand than tcs's 10lpa...as tcs calculates its ctc by adding all fixed variable and retirals
Kyndryl ctc would be all fixed ..
However, if hometown is a hard stop for you then think of tcs...
From growth wise kyn is better from wlb wise tcs
Also, rt now you will have 1 month notice period due to the probation period

Please stay in kyndryl in Tcs you have so much deduction in kyndryl that's not I have worked in both company kyndryl is always best place to work than Tcs my suggestion. I'm worried about my move from kyndryl to Tcs now.
