Can someone please take a look at my resume

I've had a hybrid role for the past 4 years where I get unlimited sick days (well 14 really until fmla kicked in), 3 weeks of vacation, 3 personal days. I am also given the week after Xmas off. if my toddlers are sick I can work at home with them. Interviewing w fortune 500 that offers 15 pto days that have to use for sick days too.Strictly in office job 9-5 and dress bus.prof. These bad benefits? Outdated culture?I am a seasoned professional. Seems tough.

It really depends on the company culture but since this role was in January she might wants to tell you that this role is somehow on hold or has been filled internally and if she is very good then she might recommend you for another role with her or different recruiters.
This is odd. I've never heard of a recruiter responding to an email with a request to call usually they will say what they have to say in the email. Could be a good sign. If you weren't a good candidate I don't think she would waste her time with a call.
Yeah and i finished all rounds of the interview process a month ago and reached out to her via email and she called me immediately &she said she was “waiting on approvals” and that conversation was a month ago…i just don’t know why it’s taking soo long..the company is Accenture btw
My advice would be to ask the recruiter what it is they would like to speak to you about on the call. There is no reason why they shouldn’t be able to give you the answer.
It’s your prerogative to push back and qualify - please don’t be passive and managed by the recruiter ( I used to be one by the way) . It will make for a much more productive and open relationship
It depends on the company. Some companies do and some don't. she could also be calling to let you know that the position has been put on hold due to a hiring freeze. It could be about a million different things.
I feel like when it's a call, it's because it's usually good news and they want to go over the offer with you adn get your take. Hope it works out for you OP!
Hmm. That's odd. Maybe she needs to tell you about an important and urgent matter.
What happened? I think they are going to ask for more info or turn you down but i could be wrong.
Didn’t turn me down but they’re still in the process of finalizing candidates…so basically no news
