Hi guys, i got an offer from Capgemini and my background verification is going on as well. Now i got an email from capgemini bgv team saying "L1 Insufficiency" and asking me to upload the elieving letter of my prev employment. I need to register my email id in bgv portal using the link provided in the email but while registering when i try to put my email id and click on send otp i see 404 error and hence not recieving the otp as well. Anyone faced this issue, please help

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update
