Hi guys, I got offer from EY gds and Capgemini. Package is almost same in both.
In EY GDS , I have to work from office / client location 3 days a week and maintain 9 hours.
In Capgemini , HR said it’s 3 days a week and can be in office for 5-6 hours.
Can anyone please confirm if our office hours will be tracked in Capgemini or not ? If it okay if I stay in office for 3-4 hours ?

Also need your suggestion for which company would be good for female employees from maternity perspective as well ?

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

Another salesman told a client their ad campaign would be ready next week. Today our supervisor told me to help him, but he has hardly even started the work. Is there any way for me to point this out without feeling like a jerk

Anyone have good examples of how senior leadership supports project teams during crunch periods (especially if they created the situation)? Trying to articulate specific behaviors that will help our PMs not end up being the “deliverer of bad news” that ppl have to work overtime, especially if the same PMs already advocated for their teams in convos with senior leads.

Question. I started my own firm and am getting some contract work. The client technically hired me to do the work however some of it I could hand off to my associates. There are no billing differences as it's already a discounted rate. Is it wrong for my associates to do the work and to just bill the client without saying associate 1 did this associate 2 did that?

If you do billable work on a given PTO/vacation day, do you still count that day as vacation? Or do you get that vacation day "back"? Or do you only get the part that you billed "back"? (Or some other option.)
