I recently interviewed at Delta Airlines Bangalore, and I am expecting an offer from them.

My Details:
-> YOE:- 5
-> CCTC:- 16.5 (15 fixed)

I have another offer of 26.5 LPA (21 fixed).

The role that I interviewed for is the Senior Software Development Engineer.
Can anyone let me know what the salary bands are?

Non-target school background, currently Deloitte Strategy. Will I learn more going to McKinsey, Bain, BCG? Or in an MBA from a top school.
