adjunct faculty but I find it so hard to
get into and I think it's because of
experience teaching. Can anyone be if help with landing an online adjunct position for teaching college readiness or success? I think to start my teaching journey that type of course would be best.

I have been working as a manufacturing engineer tech for 4 years without a degree but this May I will get my bachelors in Mechanical Eng. Currently making 63k a year, hourly. What should I ask for when I graduate? Living in Southern Pennsylvania.

One of my senior managers is a boomerang and told me she was laid off when she was 7 months pregnant about 10 years ago. I think she was a senior or manager. She was in a specific group and everybody was laid off. It wasn’t performance based.
