I recently attended an interview with my friend for similar positions in Chubb. My friend was selected and moved to HR discussions, but I haven't received any update. HR said my profile is on hold while they look for suitable mapping and will assign it to another HR if found. Does this process work? Do I still have a chance?

So what do men really look for looks wise? Is it really all about the face?

Where’d you get your MBA? Looking at a 10 course program 30 cr hours for 19,000 USD. The school is AASCB credited. It would be an MBA with a a focus on management and transformational leadership.

Pretty sure the saga of the slave driven company has come to an end I’m the only HR person at this company. Friday I had full admin rights, and went to check email Saturday; account locked. Payroll/HRIS locked out. PEO service says no pending termination is on my file. Went to the office today to get my things just in case. Located in CA. Was about to report numerous violations too. All because I couldn’t solve 8 months of payroll issues in a day. 🫠 Good riddance, I’m getting a lawyer.
